Nerdgasm’s Joss Whedon Variety this past sunday was fantastic! I had a great time performing as Dr Horrible w/ Rena and ‘Leth, and watching Underground Peepshow performers KILL IT at Whedon Burlesque! BlogTO’s fav performers were all Peepshow Burlesquers! Dr Tease performed as Jayne Cobb to lyrics I wrote and sang over Rick Ross’ Hustlin, and it was a thrill watch a friend perform to something I helped create, and a definate thrill to hear the audience laugh to lines I wrote!
And YES Dr Tease and I are making a music video for his act! Keep an eye out for it in a month or two!
I’ve been popping up all over random media these last 2 weeks! @JMFrey tweeted me that @TorontoLife mentioned Meryle Trouble in their “Secret Sex Lives of Toronto: Fun & Games” section of their February issue and here it is! I’m so trilled that they mentioned the Edna Krabappel Simpsons act it’s one of my faves, and according to the internet it’s my most popular act! And I’m always happy to be associated with the amazing and talented Underground Peepshow peeps! It’s really the funnest and most professional show I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of!
